They will be ready for pick up any time after 1:00 pm on the day requested. If you need them earlier, choose the date before needed, however there may be condensation on the berries due to them sitting overnight.

For customer-supplied strawberries, you need to drop them off either the morning of or the day before you wish to pick up.
