To ensure your chocolate arrives to you in perfect condition, select this cold box option when the weather is above 75 degrees between our NJ store and your shipping location.  Your chocolates will be wrapped for insulation purposes with specialized ice packs and packaging to provide up to 48 hours of protection during transit.  Please select 2 day or faster shipping in these situations.

We ship exclusively with UPS in the United States. Most orders ship within 48 hours unless a future ship date is requested.

We reserve the right to delay shipments based on warm weather and certain slower shipping options may not be available if you are shipping to a warm weather climate. We adjust these locations throughout the seasons to accommodate changes in temperature and we will use ice packs where necessary.
